This newly renovated and fully furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom modern adobe home, along with a one-bedroom guest house, is filled with Santa Fe charm! Conveniently located within walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and Railyard and a short distance from countless amenities, this property is an oasis of calm for families and their furry pals in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood.
The 1,350 sq. ft. main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to five guests. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-size futon that folds into a sofa when not in use. The third bedroom also features a workspace and mini fridge and can be used as an office if you choose.
There is a large living area with a working kiva fireplace, as well as a separate dining area. The spacious eat-in kitchen, with its original cabinets, offers ample food-storage space and is equipped with everything you need to cook a fabulous meal. The kitchen table seats four, while the adjacent dining room accommodates up to eight.
Relax in the large, private backyard, complete with an outdoor dining area, grill, and covered patio, while your kids and pets frolic. The outdoor area is fully fenced for privacy and security. New mini-split systems heat and cool the house at the touch of a button, while the home’s thick adobe walls help regulate indoor temperatures naturally. A washer and dryer are also provided for your laundry needs.
The yard is fully fenced and has dedicated off-street parking for 2 cars.
There is a separate small casita, separately rented, in the back with its own fully separate entrance and yard.
