This is a historic townhouse in a residential building. A family with young children lives in the apartment above, so you may occasionally hear normal household sounds, including footsteps.
There is no washer/dryer inside the apartment; however, a laundromat is conveniently located right next door. For stays of 28 nights or more, guests receive a $15 weekly laundry credit.
The apartment is accessed by approximately half a flight of stairs and does not have elevator access.
