The backyard is the heart of Blue Havana Villa and is reserved exclusively for registered guests.

It features:

* Separate BBQ area with gas grill

Use of the BBQ grill is available for an additional fee of $100 per reservation.

Registered guests have exclusive access to the main residence, all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, heated pool, backyard, gazebo, billiards table, private gym, laundry facilities and designated guest parking.

The home, pool, backyard and advertised recreational amenities are not shared with the host or other guests.

INDEPENDENT AREA ON THE PROPERTY

The property contains a completely independent area that is physically separated from the main residence and is not included in the reservation. It has its own entrance and may occasionally be used by authorized individuals.

This area does not share the home, pool, backyard or advertised guest amenities. One parking space is reserved for this independent area.

Guests do not have access to the reserved parking space, maintenance closets or host storage areas.

Blue Havana Villa is located in a residential area of Hialeah, offering the privacy, space and parking that large families and groups may not find in Miami’s busiest tourist districts.

The Palmetto Expressway and other major Miami-Dade roads are easily accessible. A vehicle is recommended, although Uber, Lyft and public transportation options are also available.

Travel times may vary significantly depending on Miami traffic, especially during peak hours.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

* Only registered guests included in the reservation may enter the property.
* Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings and outside visitors are not permitted.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Children must always be directly supervised by a responsible adult around the pool.
* The private gym is intended for guests 18 or older. Minors must be directly supervised by an adult.
* Pets require prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. Restrictions may apply.
* Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance and parking areas only. There are no cameras inside the home, near the pool or in private guest areas.
* Scheduled pool, landscaping or exterior maintenance may take place during the stay without requiring access to the interior of the home.
