About this house rental
Warm, welcoming and made for relaxed family getaways, the home combines timber character with bright interiors and generous spaces for spending time together. Sink into the large sectional sofa after a morning at Horseshoe Bay, settle in for a movie on the 75` Smart TV, or enjoy the easy flow between the lounge and dining areas. A generous dining table sets the scene for family dinners, while a second casual dining spot beside the kitchen is ideal for easy breakfasts before heading to the beach.
The timber kitchen offers ample cabinetry and bench space, a dishwasher and everyday cooking essentials. Breakfast-bar seating keeps conversation flowing while meals come together, and split-system air conditioning provides comfort through the kitchen and living area. Gather around the undercover outdoor table, fire up the barbecue or watch the kids enjoy the lawn while you settle into the garden surrounds. Established planting, a lemon tree and a lush fernery add plenty of greenery, creating a lovely backdrop for slow afternoons in the fresh coastal air.
When it’s time to recharge, the primary bedroom has a king bed and direct outdoor access, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two king bunk beds. The primary ensuite includes a walk-in shower, while the main bathroom has a full bathtub and separate enclosed shower. A laundry with washer, dryer and additional toilet adds everyday convenience.
The large driveway accommodates up to four cars, with room for a boat or caravan.
The shed and rear carport are not available for use.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
