Welcome to TT’s Trailhouse — a family- and dog-friendly mountain retreat perfectly tucked between Vail and Beaver Creek on the EagleVail Golf Course.
Ski back. Soak in the hot tub. Hike from the front door. Cook an incredible dinner. Bring the dog. TT’s Trailhouse was designed to make mountain getaways easy, comfortable and memorable for the whole family.
Located between the 1st and 18th holes of EagleVail Golf Course, we're just 5 minutes from Beaver Creek and 10 minutes from Vail. Proficient skiers can even ski back from Beaver Creek via Paulie’s Plunge at the bottom of Rose Bowl, finishing right at the 18th hole near the house.
After a day on the mountain, come home to our brand-new 8-person Harmonic hot tub and relax under the Colorado sky. A fully fenced yard (ETA end of Nov) makes traveling with kids and four-legged family members even easier.
A Kitchen Made for People Who Actually Love to Cook
This isn't your typical rental kitchen. Our fully stocked chef’s kitchen features brand-new appliances and everything from KitchenAid, Vitamix and Instant Pot to Le Creuset and Staub cookware, plus an outdoor grill. If there's a cooking tool you need, chances are we have it.
Thoughtful Comforts
Settle into organic cotton percale sheets and duvets, plush luxury towels and elevated bath products throughout the home. Central AC keeps the house comfortable during warm summer days, while the heated garage makes winter mornings much easier.
Driving electric? You'll have access to an EV charger in the heated garage.

You don't have to drive to find a trail. Hike directly from TT’s Trailhouse toward Minturn or Beaver Creek, walk to the driving range or club house just outside during the warmer months, or make the short trip to world-class skiing, dining and shopping in Vail and Beaver Creek.
Dogs Welcome
We love pups and are happy to welcome them at TT’s Trailhouse. Our fenced yard makes mountain trips with dogs especially convenient. We simply ask that guests clean up after their pets. A pet fee applies.
