About this house rental
Unique Gem on Little Hills Lake. Steps away from the water on a full recreational lake. Hot tub overlooking the clean, clear lake. Sandy frontage, great for young and old. Large kitchen with wet bar and wine refrigerator. Livingroom with cozy gas fireplace. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Master bedroom with deck facing the lake. Four additional bedrooms, and upper family room with pullout and full size futon.
Guests have use of swim raft & water slide. Private pier, row boat, 2 paddle boats, 2 kayaks and stand up paddleboard.
Upper and lower porches, fire pit right by the lake.
Pet friendly( 2 dogs maximum with approval).
Owner rents his pontoon boat to our guests; also two local marinas for boat rentals.
