There is access to the pool in front of the building, as well as the other pool and hot tub in the community next to us, going towards Bob Evan’s/the interstate.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located short diving distance to the beach and Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and enjoy a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



No Pets allowed.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
