The 2 level home is within 10 min’s of 5 beaches & lake, a few minutes for shopping, clubs and restaurants.

This is a spacious house with:
- Upstairs Master Bedroom with Queen bed. Has its own ensuite including a double shower, rain head shower and direct access to the north facing deck.
- Downstairs Master bedroom with Queen bed. Its own ensuite and direct access to the outside with north facing views. The Queen size bed is modern and comfortable.
- Bedroom 3 which is upstairs contains a comfy Queen size bed and its own private access to the outside.
- Bedroom 4 upstairs with a king single bed, pullout mattress and north facing views. There are plenty of games, toys and puzzles. There is also a sliding door between bedroom 4 & 5 to join the spaces together if so desired.
- Bedroom 5 upstairs has a cabin style bunkbed and north facing views.
- All bedrooms have blackout curtains are just perfect for a good nights sleep.
- Two single futons located in the downstairs living area can be converted in to beds
- Spacious upstairs main bathroom with a generous size bath, separate shower and double basins.
- Modern spacious quality kitchen with island bench and Miele appliances to enjoy preparing family feasts. The glass splashback reflects the outside scenery bringing the outdoors inside.
- Open plan kitchen, dining with 10 seater table and living room with expansive views, access to deck and large built in fireplace.
- Our favourite place to have a meal is on the deck at the eight seater hardwood outdoor table.
- Out on the deck is also BBQ with its own utensils to cook overlooking great views.
- Downstairs has another living space to relax with TV, futsal table, board games, lounges and chairs as well as two single sofa beds.
- Downstairs has a complete laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The house sits on acreage with bushland at the rear, rainforest tree boundaries, and open grass areas.

On the property are three dwellings inclusive of the house, each with their own private space and gardens. One dwelling is 60 metres away, the other is 30 metres away.

All hours self check in process via a Smartlock on the front door, code will be provided before check in.

Please ensure your Airbnb profile is up to date as we use a part of your mobile number as registered with stayz as your access code.

We live in the Tiny House about 30 metres away from the main house. We will be low key but are more than happy to have a chat if you have any questions.

We provide a generous breakfast including a range of cereals, bread, butter, spreads, milk, free range eggs from our hens and fruit grown on the property.

There are ample kitchen supplies with hot chocolate , coffee, and home made tea selections for hot drink lovers. You can cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of spices to build wonderful flavours in your cooking and seasonally available fresh herbs and produce from our orchard and gardens for you to try.

Experience our home brew kombucha, test yourself against our chilli sauce from chilli grown in our gardens, there will also be other home made sauces and spreads subject to seasonal availability.

Strictly no parties or loud noise for comfort of our neighbours after 10pm.

Supervision of young children required as we have internal and external stairs, fire pit and fireplace (with screen) . The property is unfenced with a neighbouring dam.

We live on the property in a tiny home and are available if required, otherwise we will stay out of the way.

Due to being a rural property the stove runs on bottled gas. If during your stay the stove does not start contact us straight away as it is a very quick changeover.
