We very much want you to feel at home and able to fully relax in comfort in this gorgeous vacation home, ideal for families, couples and friends.

The home is newly built and furnished and there is a calm, comfortable, coastal feel throughout.
There is also a TV on the lanai and comfortable social seating. Inside is spacious with an open concept living area. The living room has comfy couches, with views of the pool and canal, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV, with all the popular streaming apps. The indoor dining area is perfect for a sociable evening and the table seats 6.

The fully equipped kitchen, includes a breakfast bar and you will find all major appliances, as well as many small ones, including Keurig and filter coffee machines, a toaster, a blender for those healthy morning smoothies, a waffle maker, crockpot, and much more. The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days.

The primary suite has private access to the patio, and leads through to a large walk-in closet and the en-suite bathroom. It has a comfortable king-size bed and a smart TV.

The bathroom has a huge double-ended, 2-person walk-in shower, his and hers vanities, and a separate toilet.

On the opposite side of the living area are the 2 guest bedrooms. The first room has a queen size bed, and the second has full size bunk beds, with a pull out single trundle bed (ideal for a little one). Both bedrooms have closets and dressers for your clothes storage, and smart TVs.

The queen guestroom has an attached bathroom, which also has access to the pool deck. This has a walk-in shower, toilet and single vanity.

The 2nd guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, toilet, single vanity and hairdryer.

The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.

Please also be aware that the back yard is NOT fully fenced, and it is a canal front property. Children MUST be supervised at all times.

This property does have door alarms installed for the pool deck, but generally they are not connected (they are extremely loud!). If you would like them connected for your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival.

Important Safety Note: Please be aware that our exterior security camera mounted on the back patio has a partial view of the outdoor pool area for guest safety. A secondary cameras are located at the front driveway and sides of the house, as well as Ring front doorbell. We also utilize an indoor noise decibel monitor in the living room to monitor volume levels (measures decibels only; does not record audio).
