Welcome to Happy Landings PCB, a spacious four-bedroom beach retreat tucked into a quiet area of Panama City Beach, where laid-back coastal living and easy access to the Gulf come together for the perfect beach getaway.

One of the best parts of staying here is just how close you are to the water. Two public beach accesses are located within approximately a two-minute walk, making it easy to come and go from the beach throughout the day. Start your morning with a walk along the sugar-white sand, head back to the house for lunch, return for an afternoon swim, and make one more trip to the shoreline to catch a beautiful Panama City Beach sunset.

With room for up to 12 guests, Happy Landings is a wonderful choice for families and groups looking for a place where everyone can relax and enjoy time together. The home offers comfortable gathering spaces, four bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a private hot tub, a gated backyard, and one of our favorite features—a large covered balcony designed for enjoying the coastal air.
Spend your days on the beach, exploring Shell Island, fishing, boating, or discovering everything Panama City Beach has to offer. When you return home, fire up the grill, unwind in the private hot tub, or settle onto the balcony with your favorite drink and enjoy the Gulf breeze.

The Space
Happy Landings has a comfortable, easygoing feel that fits perfectly with a Panama City Beach vacation.
The spacious living room gives everyone room to gather for conversation, movie nights, games, or simply relaxing in the air conditioning after a day in the Florida sunshine.
Nearby, the well-equipped kitchen makes vacation meals easy, whether you're preparing a big breakfast before heading to the beach, putting together a quick lunch between adventures, or cooking fresh local seafood for dinner. The adjoining dining area provides a welcoming place to gather around the table and enjoy meals together.
With bedrooms located across two floors, the home offers a comfortable layout for families and groups traveling together.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom – First Floor
Relax in a comfortable king bed with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 – First Floor
Features a full-size bed and a comfortable place to recharge after a day at the beach.
Bedroom 3 – First Floor
A great setup for families and younger guests, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed along with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
Bedroom 4 – Second Floor
Features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Happy Landings comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
Bathrooms
With multiple bathrooms throughout the home, getting everyone ready for another day at the beach is a little easier.
The home features a primary ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a shared first-floor bathroom with a tub/shower combination, an upstairs ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an additional half bathroom upstairs.
A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the first floor—especially handy for swimsuits, beach towels, and longer stays.

Outdoor Living
Some of the best spaces at Happy Landings are outside.
The gated backyard offers a private place to unwind, complete with a private hot tub and grill. After a full day in the Gulf, sink into the hot tub and relax, or fire up the grill for an easy evening cookout with family and friends.
Upstairs, the large covered balcony feels like another living room—only with Gulf breezes.
With a ceiling fan, comfortable seating, and an outdoor dining table, the balcony is made for lingering. Bring your coffee outside in the morning, enjoy lunch in the shade, settle in with a book during the afternoon, or gather for drinks as another beach day winds down.
It's the kind of space that quickly becomes a favorite part of the house.
