Welcome to Vineyard Garden, a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat surrounded by fruit trees, flowers, and inviting outdoor spaces. With its stylish interior, fully equipped kitchen, private office, and relaxing backyard, the home is a wonderful choice for extended stays, work trips, medical visits, or a peaceful Jacksonville getaway.
As you arrive and park in the driveway, you will be welcomed by a charming front garden filled with fruit trees and seasonal flowers. A vineyard-style grape trellis is also being developed in the front yard and will become an even more beautiful feature as the vines grow and mature.
Inside, the home feels bright and spacious, with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The thoughtfully designed living room offers a comfortable place to relax, watch television, or spend time together after a busy day.
The home includes two private bedrooms:
One bedroom with a king-size bed
One bedroom with a queen-size bed
One queen air mattress stored in the front bedroom closet for additional sleeping space
The full kitchen includes everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a delicious home-cooked dinner. Appliances and kitchen amenities include:

Full-size refrigerator
Microwave
Air fryer
Blender
Keurig coffee maker
Traditional drip coffee maker
Pots, pans, baking sheets, and essential cooking utensils
Vineyard Garden also offers two separate dining spaces: a casual table in the kitchen and a second table in the main dining area. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, sharing a meal, or working on your laptop, there is plenty of room to settle in comfortably.
For guests working remotely or needing a quiet place to study, the home includes a dedicated workspace with its own door for additional privacy.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the home for your convenience.
Step outside into Vineyard Garden’s designated portion of the fully fenced backyard, where you can enjoy the beautiful pergola, comfortable seating area, and relaxing garden swing. A six-foot-tall privacy fence separates Vineyard Garden’s backyard from the outdoor space assigned to one of the attached ADUs.
Guests are required to remain within Vineyard Garden’s designated portion of the backyard and respect the privacy of guests staying in the neighboring accommodation.
🔥 A gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking. Please note that propane is not provided. The grill uses a small propane cylinder, which guests may purchase at most grocery, hardware, or convenience stores.
Please be aware that Vineyard Garden is part of a property with two attached, separately rented guest accommodations. The garage has been converted into one attached ADU, while the former primary bedroom has been converted into a second attached ADU. The garage and both ADUs are completely off-limits to Vineyard Garden guests.
The connecting door to the former primary bedroom has been replaced with a commercial-grade steel door fitted with commercial seals to help reduce sound transfer. The door is secured with locks on both sides, and only the host has the access code. Guests cannot open this door from either accommodation.
