Set high in the peaceful hills of Mount Pleasant, this beautiful four-bedroom home is a relaxed Caribbean retreat surrounded by lush tropical greenery, cooling tradewinds and sweeping island views.
Sitting on approximately an acre of land, the house feels wonderfully private and peaceful while still being conveniently located. From its hilltop setting, enjoy views across the Caribbean toward Mustique, Balliceaux and Battowia, with some of Bequia’s loveliest scenery all around you.
Inside, the home is airy and comfortable, with soaring ceilings, natural wood details and generous living spaces designed for easy island living. Four bedrooms—with one queen bed, two full beds and two twin beds—provide plenty of room for families or groups of friends, while two spacious, spa-like bathrooms offer room to unwind.
One of the joys of the house is its natural airflow. No air conditioning is needed—the elevated setting captures Bequia’s wonderful tradewinds, keeping the home fresh and breezy throughout the day and evening.
Outside, spend lazy afternoons by the private swimming pool, relax with a book in the shade, or simply enjoy the breeze and tropical surroundings. In the evening, settle in as the island quiets down around you.

CLEANING
At US$370/night, we would include one housekeeping visit per week rather than charging separately for it - Upon request
For a 6–7 night stay, we’d include:
House professionally cleaned before arrival.
One mid-stay housekeeping visit around day 3 or 4: bathrooms, floors, kitchen tidy, garbage, general reset.
Fresh bath towels and fresh sheets at that visit;
Final cleaning after departure included in the rental price.
We wouldn't include daily housekeeping at $370/night. Guests who want additional cleaning could arrange it for an extra fee.
