Disappointing

There was parking

Very Disappointing – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, this property was a huge disappointment and nothing like what we expected from the listing. The description and photographs were misleading, and the accommodation did not match what was advertised. As soon as we entered, there was a very unpleasant, strong smell that made us uncomfortable immediately. The property was not up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness, and the overall condition was extremely disappointing. The fridge was not working, there were no blankets readily available on the beds, and we had to search through the cupboards ourselves to find them. Although a kitchen was provided, it was poorly equipped, with a lack of basic amenities and essentials you would reasonably expect to find in a self-catering property. The accommodation also did not match the sleeping arrangements described in the listing. The experience was so disappointing that we decided not to stay overnight and had to book alternative accommodation instead, despite having already paid for our stay. I would only recommend this property to someone whose main priority is finding the cheapest possible accommodation and who is willing to overlook cleanliness, unpleasant odours and a lack of basic facilities. Otherwise, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Overall, a very disappointing experience that fell well below our expectations. The listing should accurately reflect the property’s actual condition and facilities so that guests can make an informed decision before booking.
