RENTAL TERMS

Rent: $5,000/month excluding Vrbo fees

Availability: Flexible rental duration from early January through mid-to-late March 2027. The calendar is currently set for January 4 through March 18, 2027, but I’m flexible on both the start and end dates.

Minimum stay: Prefer 2 months. Preference given to tenants interested in the full availability period

Utilities included: Water, trash, electricity, and internet

Parking: Owner may use a portion of the 2-car garage for storage and one vehicle. Additional parking is available in the driveway, with plenty of street parking nearby.

Yard: Tenant is responsible for watering yard plants as needed

Smoking: No smoking

Pets: Prefer no pets; backyard is not fully fenced

Move-out cleaning fee: $150 one-time, non-refundable fee

Security deposit: $1,500 refundable deposit

Application: Prospective renters are encouraged to contact the owner before submitting a booking request so that the screening and rental-agreement requirements can be completed in advance.

Screening: Since this is a mid-term rental, required screening includes a background check, credit check, employment/income verification, and rental references, if applicable
