About this house rental
Alba Sunrise is a spacious and bright holiday home located in Montuolo, in an excellent location for exploring Tuscany. You are just 7 minutes from the center of Lucca, 20 minutes from Pisa, and close to the Versilia coast and the region’s main art cities.
The house accommodates up to 8 guests and is spread over several levels, designed for comfort and socializing. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open space with a living room featuring a double sofa bed and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 5-burner stove, coffee machine, kettle; no dishwasher). This area opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden. There is also a bathroom with shower (no bidet) and air conditioning on this floor.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms: one double with terrace, one with bunk beds and balcony, and one with two single beds. Each room has independent air conditioning. A second bathroom with shower and bidet completes this floor.
The large private garden of about 1,500 sqm is the heart of the property, surrounded by tall hedges for privacy. Here you’ll find a dining area with umbrella, a built-in barbecue, and a relaxing hot tub. Access to the garden is via the basement, which can also be used as storage.
Amenities include a washing machine and parking available on request near Lucca’s Porta Elisa. The location is ideal for cycling and walking enthusiasts, close to the River Park. Personalized check-in with local tips and in-person check-out for property inspection and deposit management.
- Pet allowed payment 10,00 € per pet per night
