Inside, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk room with single-over-single bunk beds. All pillows, linens, blankets, and towels are provided for a stress-free stay. The cottage has been completely renovated, with all furniture, beds, appliances, the BBQ, bathrooms, showers, and toilets being brand new. The cottage includes two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, and water cooler with bottled water included. Stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi and excellent cell service throughout your stay. For entertainment, enjoy three Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, a gaming console, and a selection of board games, cards, and books. There is also a private getaway space that is perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or providing a fun hideaway for kids. Comfort is ensured year-round with two window air conditioning units, ceiling fans, portable fans, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and an automatic backup generator.

The waterfront features a private dock with approximately 8 feet of water depth at the end, making it ideal for swimming and docking a boat. For those who enjoy staying active, the property also includes a sport court and a variety of lawn games. A public boat launch is conveniently located on the lake for guests bringing their own watercraft. Please note that there is no marina on Clear Lake.

Located 2 hours north of Toronto and 18 minute drive from the town of Minden. In Minden, find amenities like groceries, gas, pharmacy, LCBO, and more. Visit the Blairhampton Golf Club. Check out Rhubarb Restaurant, Mill Pond restaurant, and Gull River for a nice kayak destination. Very centrally located for day trips to the Muskoka's and Algonquin Park.
