Wake up to water views on a wide, quiet canal with direct Gulf access. This renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath pool home sleeps 8 and has an upstairs balcony, covered lanai, private pool with sun loungers, a canal-side fishing ramp (guests catch snook and tarpon right here), an inflatable paddleboard that converts into a kayak, a charcoal grill and a game room. Full kitchen with a pass-through window to the pool, fast Wi-Fi and a work desk.
UPSTAIRS: Primary suite with a queen bed, private balcony over the pool and canal, and an en-suite bath with double vanity.
DOWNSTAIRS: Bedroom 2 with two full beds. Bedroom 3 with a queen bed. Open living, dining and kitchen with water views, a game room/den (foosball and games) that also works as a quiet office, laundry and a second full bath.
OUTSIDE: Private pool on a paver deck with sun loungers, covered lanai with outdoor dining, charcoal grill, lawn down to the canal, and a small ramp for fishing and launching the paddleboard/kayak. Beach towels provided.
GOOD TO KNOW: The pool is not heated and is not fenced, so young children need adult supervision near the pool and canal. There is no boat dock; the ramp is for fishing and paddling only (no boat mooring). Driveway parking for 2 cars. Self check-in with a smart lock.
HOUSE RULES: Quiet residential street, so no parties or events, and quiet hours start at 10 pm. Maximum 8 guests including children. One well-behaved pet considered with approval and a pet fee; please message before booking. No smoking indoors.
