Step inside and warm up by the stove in winter, on the south-facing terrace in summer, or under our tall trees, lulled by birdsong. You’re sure to find a spot for everyone.

The house is quiet and peaceful; you’ll find all the modern comforts here, as well as antique furniture that is part of the house’s soul.

A short walk from the house takes you to the magnificent haven of Saint Germain, on the GR223 trail. Just 2.7 km away, you’ll find a small seaside resort with amenities (grocery store, bakery) and a pleasant beach.
The location is ideal for exploring the Manche department and the Cotentin Peninsula, nestled between land, sea, history, and local culture!
