Welcome to this charming, fully renovated single-story home located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, an authentic seaside resort in the Cotentin region. Just a few minutes from the beach, enjoy a quiet and comfortable setting to recharge with family or friends. The perfect place to explore the Normandy coast, with its walks, nature, and wide-open spaces.
Welcome to this charming, fully renovated 90 m² home, located just a 10-minute walk from the beach, in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay.
You’ll enjoy a beautiful, bright living area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.).
The house is entirely on one level and can accommodate up to 6 guests:
* Bedroom 1: double bed 160 × 200
* Bedroom 2: BZ sofa bed (converts to a 140 × 190 bed)
* Sleeping area: two single beds (90 × 190)
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find restaurants, the beach, and summer entertainment. The market is held on Thursday mornings (July–August) and on Sunday mornings year-round. In the summer, you can also enjoy the night markets in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay.
In town, a bakery is open daily, and the convenience store offers an excellent selection of bread and pastries. At the beach parking lot, vending machines let you buy oysters, whelks, shrimp, and meat at any time.
An ideal base for exploring the Cotentin and enjoying the seaside in complete tranquility.
