Welcome to The Avatar Arcade Villa, where the fun continues long after your Orlando park day ends. This nine-bedroom, five-bathroom ChampionsGate home accommodates up to 24 guests, with five king bedrooms, imaginative bunk rooms, an Avatar-inspired arcade and a private screened pool and spa. It is a place to share big adventures while still having room for a slower morning or a quiet break.

THEMED BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
A Star Wars-inspired room pairs galactic bunks with a slide, while Toy Story and Fantasia themes add color and character to the bedroom collection. Adult bedroom designs include cathedral, EPCOT, safari and bamboo inspiration.

The home`s bedroom inventory is arranged as follows:
- Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5: one king bed in each room
- Bedrooms 6, 7 and 8: two full bunk beds in each room
- Bedroom 9: one full bunk bed and one separate full bed

The maximum occupancy is 24 guests. Children must be supervised when using the bunks and slide. Five bathrooms serve the home.

ARCADE & MOVIE LOUNGE
The Avatar-inspired arcade turns family game time into part of the vacation, with immersive scenery and atmospheric lighting. In the sports-movie-themed lounge, gather for an easy evening together after a day of theme parks, golf or poolside relaxation.

LIVING, KITCHEN & DINING
Open living spaces give your group a central place to reconnect. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, use the breakfast bar for a quick bite, and gather in the Tree of Life-inspired dining space for a dinner that feels part of the experience. A full kitchen makes it easy to mix restaurant outings with meals at home.

PRIVATE POOL & SPA
Step outside to the screened pool enclosure for a refreshing swim or a relaxed afternoon beside the spa. The covered lanai offers a place to share a meal or take a break in the shade. Ask about pool and spa heating arrangements before arrival.

HOME COMFORTS
The home includes a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and keypad self-check-in. Guests have private use of the home and pool enclosure, excluding locked owner storage and service areas.

CHAMPIONSGATE & ORLANDO
Eligible shared resort amenities include community pools, a lazy river, waterslides, fitness facilities, sports courts and playgrounds, subject to community hours and rules. Resort photos show shared facilities. A car is recommended for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, golf, dining and shopping in the surrounding area.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Arrival and keypad instructions are provided before check-in after required reservation steps are complete. Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. This is a self-catering home with starter essentials; guests replenish supplies for the rest of their stay.

Only registered guests may occupy the home. No parties, smoking or pets. Supervise children around the pool, spa, bunks and slide. Community rules apply. Exterior security cameras cover the front door and pool-equipment area.
