About this house rental

Summary:

Bring the whole group without anyone lining up for a bathroom. This 5-bedroom home sleeps 14 in eight king and queen beds, with 4.5 baths and three ensuites: two king suites, a double-queen room, and two queen-over-queen bunk rooms. Downstairs, three separate living spaces let kids, night owls, and early risers spread out. Out back: a private hot tub, deck, and fenced yard. Great for multi-family trips, tournament weekends, reunions, and work teams near Indy, Castleton, and Fishers.

The Space:

Built for groups who want to spend time together without feeling crowded, this spacious home works especially well for multi-family trips, tournament weekends, reunions, wedding parties, and work teams.

ARRIVAL & FIRST FLOOR

Park in the driveway or two-car garage, then enter through the covered front entrance. Inside, the staircase and convenient half bath are near the entry, while the main living room opens to your right with comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV.

Continue into the open dining and kitchen area—the natural heart of the home. The farmhouse-style table with bench seating provides plenty of room for shared meals, while the large kitchen island gives everyone space to gather. The kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. A washer and dryer are also available for longer stays.

Off the dining area, you’ll find two additional gathering spaces. The separate game room gives kids and adults another place to have fun, while the family room offers a sectional, TV, books, and board games. With three distinct gathering areas downstairs, your group can spend time together while still having room to spread out.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

All five bedrooms are on the second floor, keeping the sleeping areas separate from the activity downstairs. A safety gate is available for the stairs, but everyone in the group should be comfortable using them.

At the top of the stairs, the first king suite is to the left. It includes a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower.

Across the hallway, the double queen room offers two queen beds and its own private bathroom with a shower. An additional hall bathroom with a shower is nearby for guests staying in the bunk rooms.

Continue along the upstairs hallway to reach two separate bunk rooms, each furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. These rooms are often the first ones the kids claim.

Farther down the hall, the dedicated office provides a desk and mini fridge for anyone who needs a quiet place to work or recharge. Beyond the office is the second king suite, featuring a king bed, Smart TV, and another private bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub, and separate shower.

Altogether, the home has eight king and queen beds:

• Two king suites, each with a private bathroom

• One bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom

• Two bedrooms, each with a queen-over-queen bunk bed

OUTDOOR SPACE

Back downstairs, step outside to the large deck and backyard. Relax beneath the pergola, soak in the private hot tub, or prepare an easy group meal on the large Blackstone flat-top grill. Built-in deck seating and plenty of outdoor space make this a comfortable place to unwind while the kids enjoy the mostly fenced yard.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY EXTRAS

Families will find toys, board games, a Pack ’n Play, a high chair, room-darkening shades, and bathtubs in both king suites. Central air conditioning helps keep the entire home comfortable throughout your stay.
