Celebrate Christmas or New Year’s in a spacious villa just outside Nantes in Vertou, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and a macerator toilet: everyone has their own space, even when staying with a group.

However, the house is not intended for hosting festive parties that may cause disturbances.
Loud music, dance parties, large gatherings, and noise late at night are not permitted.
Since the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially in the evening and at night.
You will have the entire house to yourselves.
The house is fully equipped and furnished to make you feel right at home.
