This unit offers three inviting bedrooms, two are furnished with queen beds and the third with a twin over full bunk, and a twin over twin bunk. This rental unit is one of two units on the property. This unit is on the second floor, with the other unit being below it. All entrances, amenities, and spaces are private with the exception of the rear outdoor space and outdoor shower. The lower unit is not rented to guests but may occasionally be used by the property owner or their visiting friends and family. Therefor you may see other people on the property utilizing the above mentioned outdoor space and outdoor shower which are shared between both units.

PARKING: Plenty of free street parking nearby. No permit required.

TVs: All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

MULIT UNIT BLDG: Like many other homes in the Ventnor area, this home is a duplex. This is the upstairs (second floor) unit, we rent and manage the downstairs unit as well. None of this units spaces, entrances, or amenities are shared with the other unit except the rear outdoor space.

STAIRS: Please note this unit is on the second floor, there are approximately 10-12 stairs required access the unit.

HVAC: the unit is heated via a thermostat which controls a high efficiency radiant heating system. The unit is cooled via high efficiency window air conditioning units.

Pet Policy:We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Booking Requirements: After booking, guests will be required to complete and sign a rental agreement. Depending on the reservation and property, additional verification may be required, including government-issued ID verification and/or completion of HOA-required registration or paperwork. Failure to complete any required documentation or verification may result in cancellation of the reservation.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
