This beautifully updated condo sits right on the fairway at Monterey Country Club, with sweeping golf course and mountain views from the great room and patio. Soaring beamed ceilings, refined finishes and a sun-drenched south-facing patio make it a polished and peaceful desert escape.
INTERIOR
A private, landscaped courtyard welcomes you into a light-filled great room with soaring, beamed ceilings. Walls of sliding glass frame the fairway like a living painting. The living room centers on an elegant fireplace with a wall-mounted TV above it, and a plush sofa and designer swivel chairs make it an inviting place to unwind. The dining table seats six beneath a classic chandelier, so every dinner feels like an occasion.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, crisp white cabinetry, a center island and premium stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. The breakfast bar seats three and looks out toward the golf course. A drip coffee maker is ready for leisurely mornings. A separate den with a sleer sofa, a TV and a writing desk makes a quiet retreat for reading or remote work. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer makes longer stays effortless.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary suite is a serene retreat, with a king bed dressed in crisp linens, a ceiling fan and a spacious walk-in closet. The spa-inspired ensuite bathroom has a dual-sink granite vanity and an oversized glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a built-in bench. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan and a cozy reading chair. A full guest bathroom with a tub and shower combination is close by.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The expansive covered patio is the home's highlight. It sits right on the fairway with uninterrupted views of the golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. Motorized awnings let you choose sun or shade at the touch of a button. A deep sectional sofa invites long afternoons outside. Alfresco dinners are easy here, with an outdoor dining table that seats six and a stainless steel gas grill for the grill masters.
