This cozy 3-bedroom vacation home offers approximately 56 m² of living space and can accommodate up to five people; it’s ideal for families who value a practical floor plan and comfortable amenities. The house has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second has a single bed. An additional sleeping loft, accessible via a ladder, provides an extra sleeping space for children ages 5 and up. To ensure restful nights and undisturbed sleep even during daylight hours, both the bedrooms and the sleeping loft can be darkened with roller shutters. The living area is comfortably furnished and features a double sofa bed, which offers additional flexibility when needed. An LCD TV with cable provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen area offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering. Amenities include, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Directly adjacent is a separate dining area with seating for up to six people—ideal for shared meals and social evenings. A special bonus is the generously appointed terrace.
