About this house rental
This 3-bedroom, single family home offers Florida Keys charm with spectacular views in a private setting!
The home features open water views of the Gulf, a private, gated pool and 110 foot dock on a huge property.
Inside, enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with a separate dining area and a comfortable living space. Air Conditioning throughout the home with 4 individually controlled AC units.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen size bed. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed and 1 Twin bed.
Two of the 3 bedrooms have views of the water through double French doors that open to the back yard.
In the living room, the sectional sofa and comfortable easy chairs are conducive to family gathering after a great day of exploring and to make plans for the next adventure or, simply enjoy watching entertainment on the large screen TV.
There is highspeed Wi-Fi for streaming or, should anyone need to stay in touch with work, we have a desk and chair.
The kitchen has a gas range and cooktop, built in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer plus more.
Outside, there is a patio with a dining table and chairs,
Private pool with an option for heat or chilled pool water(Heat or chilled water costs $200 for a week)
Gas grill with propane provided by us. A storage room is next to the house with a washer and dryer.
110 foot dock for your boat with a fish table, water hose and electric. Also, at the dock is a pool house for pool toys or additional storage for fishing rods, dive gear etc. There are usually pool toys from previous guests.
There are 5 Kayaks(4 single and 1 double seat) for your use and life jackets are in the pool house.
Note: Guests can use the kayaks at their own risk.
There is parking for up to 2 trailers in front plus multiple vehicles.
Nearby, is Sombrero Beach and it is only a 8 minute drive and closer is the landmark Old 7 Mile Bridge. Only a short walk away is the Turtle Hospital which is a great family experience.
