## Space
Roche Parstire 202: brand-new 40 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a small residence completed in 2026, designed for up to 6 guests, right in the heart of the resort: restaurants, shops and the shuttle are just a few steps away, and you can do everything on foot.

Its highlight: a large west-facing balcony with a table, perfect for lunch facing the mountains and for watching the sunset after a day of skiing. The view is completely unobstructed.

- A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
- A "mountain nook" with 90 x 200 cm bunk beds, suitable for everyone: children, teenagers and adults alike (in the photos, the bunk bed is a 3D rendering, as the bed had not yet been assembled when the photos were taken).
- A bright living room opening onto the balcony. Sofa bed for two extra sleeps
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, raclette set, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave and more
- A washing machine
- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin
- Wi-Fi

For skiing: a ski locker. For cars: two parking spaces, one in the residence's private indoor garage and one right in front, outdoors.

Bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are included: there is nothing for you to bring or organise.

To enjoy your stay from the very first evening, we can arrange on request, with local products delivered to the apartment:
- your ski passes, so you can head straight to the slopes
- the "raclette des cimes": plain, smoked and Morbier raclette cheeses, cured meats, potatoes and a bottle of white Savoie wine
- the "fondue des cimes": a three-cheese Savoyard fondue (Beaufort, Abondance and Comté), with bread and a bottle of white Savoie wine
- the "petit-déjeuner des cimes": a large loaf, brioche, Beaufortain butter, jam, apple juice and farm milk, enough for several mornings
- goat's cheeses from the Beaufortain
- anything else you might need, just ask!
Please order as early as possible, and at least one week before your arrival in high season.

## Access
You have the whole apartment to yourselves, as well as the balcony, the ski locker and two parking spaces: one in the residence's private indoor garage, the other in front, outdoors.

## Interaction
We manage the rental remotely, but you will never be left on your own: a trusted person who helps us on site will welcome you in person on arrival, with a small welcome gift, show you around the apartment and remain available throughout your stay.

Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. If you arrive late or are delayed on the road, a secure key box takes over: you can get in whatever time you arrive.

## Neighborhood
Arêches is a genuine mountain village in the Beaufortain: a friendly, family-sized ski resort, far from the bustle of the big resorts. The ski area has two linked sectors, Grand-Mont and Planay.

The apartment is right in the centre of the resort, and everything is within walking distance:
- a wide choice of restaurants 2-3 minutes away
- the grocery shop, bakery and cheese shop
- the tourist office
- the Grand-Mont chairlift, less than 500 m away, downhill

The Beaufortain is also the home of Beaufort cheese. Every March, the village hosts the Pierra Menta, a legendary ski-mountaineering race, and the resort is considered a mecca for ski touring.

## Transit
The shuttle stop is less than 50 m from the building. One car stays sheltered in the private indoor garage (no windscreen to scrape in the morning), and a second can park right in front. The garage has a power socket, so you can charge an electric car overnight (slow charging, not a fast charger).

Without a car, getting here is easy: from Albertville train station, bus line 21 (Arlysère network) runs to Arêches all year round, more frequently in winter, and your skis travel with you.
