We, Ute and Alfred Matheis, look forward to your visit! Our vacation apartment is located on a quiet residential street in Bad Kreuznach-Winzenheim, just a two-minute walk from the vineyards. The first-floor apartment is modernly furnished and offers plenty of space for families, couples, and friends.

– Two bedrooms with TVs: one with a double bed, one with two single beds (which can be pushed together) and access to the balcony
– Cozy living room with a large sofa, books, and board games
– Large open-concept kitchen with a dining table and a fully automatic coffee machine
– Bathroom with a walk-in rain shower
– Balcony with a view of the countryside
– Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms
– Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment
– Crib and high chair available free of charge upon request

Bad Münster am Stein, home to the Rotenfels, is about 15 minutes away, while Bingen, Rüdesheim, and the Upper Middle Rhine Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site are about 20 minutes away.

Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary.Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of €10 per pet per night.The tourist tax of 3.50 € per person per night is included in the price.
