Gulfstream Park (racing, casino, shops and restaurants) is about 5 minutes away. Hallandale and Hollywood beaches are a 7-minute drive across the Intracoastal. Aventura Mall is about 10 minutes south, Sunny Isles just beyond it. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport is about 15 minutes, Fort Lauderdale 20 minutes and Miami about 30 minutes.
