About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Canet-en-Roussillon, situated around 100 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 55 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 35 m² living room with a TV, a sitting area with a sofa, table and chairs
– A fully equipped kitchen including: hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher
– A separate toilet
On the first floor:
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
– A bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190) and a single bed (90×190)
– A bathroom with a shower
– A separate toilet
Outside:
– A lovely 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally situated in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant setting just a stone’s throw from the sea. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars…
Things to do:
– Market on Mondays and Fridays.
– Les Flamands Roses Thalasso Spa, a 5-minute walk away.
– Cycle paths start nearby. Close to the mountains for cycling enthusiasts.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (1 vehicle). Local amenities are within walking distance.
