House Rules

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests total, including children.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No visitors or additional unregistered guests.

No parties, events, gatherings or functions of any kind.

No smoking or vaping anywhere in the home or anywhere on the property.

No candles, incense or other open flames.

No glitter.

No cats or other pets. Dogs are permitted only with prior approval. Approved dogs must not be left unattended in the home unless safely kenneled. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning.

Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly in the evening and early morning.

Children must be actively supervised at all times, particularly on the deck, around the hot tub and in outdoor areas.

All surfboards, wetsuits, beach equipment and other outdoor gear must remain outside. Please do not rinse beach or surf equipment at the property. Local rinse stations are available for this purpose.

Bath towels and other household linens are for use at the property and should not be taken to the beach.

The hot tub has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is used at guests’ own risk. Children must be actively supervised at all times.

Please rinse off before entering the hot tub.

No glassware, glass bottles or wine bottles are permitted in or around the hot tub. Plastic drinkware is provided for water.

No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the hot tub.

No food, soaps, oils, bath salts or other products may be added to or used in the hot tub.

Please do not remove or tamper with the chlorine floater or other hot tub equipment.

Please keep noise around the hot tub respectful.

Replace and secure the hot tub cover after every use. Please do not sit, stand or place objects on the cover.

Arnet House is serviced by a septic pump system. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Wipes, feminine products, paper towel and all other items must be placed in the garbage.

During a power outage, please limit toilet flushing and shower use until power is restored, as the septic pump will not operate without electricity.

Please treat the home, furnishings and property with care. Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning or loss that occurs during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Please report any damage, breakage or maintenance issue as soon as possible so it can be addressed.

When leaving the property, please ensure exterior doors are locked and the property is secure.

Check-in is 5:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.

By booking Arnet House, guests acknowledge and agree to follow these house rules for the duration of their stay.
