LIFE AT HOKIO HIDEAWAY
Hokio Hideaway is a developing rural retreat surrounded by mature trees and open space, with views of neighbouring farmland with snippets of the Tararua Ranges through the trees.
This is a country homestead rather than a hotel or suburban motel. There are small animals on the property, and you'll experience the sights and sounds that come with rural living.
We're gradually developing Hokio Hideaway into the place we've imagined it becoming, so you may notice some ongoing projects around the wider property. Your guest wing, however, is set up for you to settle in, relax and enjoy your stay.
We're close enough to Levin for shopping, cafés and restaurants, while far enough out of town to enjoy a quieter pace and a little more breathing room.
Whether you're here to visit whānau, explore the Horowhenua, work locally or simply escape for a few days, Hokio Hideaway offers a relaxed rural base with space to call your own.
