The garden:
The garden, measuring over 200 m², is for the exclusive use of guests and is a true rarity in the neighborhood.
There are several relaxation areas, outdoor seating, a small lounge, and a covered area with a table, ideal for breakfast or dining al fresco. The vegetation and trees create a pleasantly shaded and secluded atmosphere.
The neighborhood:
The house is located on Via Stresa, in the quiet residential area of Piazza Igea, near the Agostino Gemelli University Hospital and about a 13-minute walk from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
The neighborhood offers numerous amenities within easy walking distance, including two supermarkets, a 24-hour pharmacy, a bank, several cafes, pastry shops, ice cream shops, restaurants, pizzerias, a children’s playground, a butcher shop, a wine shop, a bakery, a diagnostic and testing center, grocery stores, and general stores.
The Prati neighborhood, the Vatican, and the Olympic Stadium are also easily accessible by public transportation.
How to get around:
The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk from the house.
Piazza Risorgimento, a strategic access point for the Vatican and the Prati neighborhood, can be reached in approximately 20–25 minutes by public transportation, depending on traffic and the time of day.
The accommodations are particularly well-suited for those seeking a peaceful stay without sacrificing proximity to key amenities.
Access to the property is via an outdoor staircase. There are also some steps and level changes between the interior and exterior areas. For this reason, unfortunately, the accommodations are not suitable for people with limited mobility or who have difficulty using stairs.
The owners live in the same building and will be happy to welcome you and assist you during your stay, providing information about the neighborhood and support if needed. Their presence will always be discreet and respectful of guests’ privacy and independence.
