Welcome to your vacation home at Solara Resort, a comfortable retreat for families and groups looking to enjoy the best of the Orlando area without giving up the privacy and convenience of having an entire home to themselves.
With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests, the property offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together. The bedroom configuration is especially convenient for families and groups, with three bedrooms featuring King beds and two additional bedrooms featuring one Full bed and one Twin bed each.
One of the highlights of your stay is the private pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the theme parks or simply enjoying a relaxing day at home. Guests also have private access to the outdoor area, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, washer and dryer, and designated parking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the home, pool, outdoor area, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, private washer and dryer, and designated parking. Complimentary parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
Entry is simple and secure through an electronic E-lock using a unique access code that is reset after each stay.
Guests will also have access to Solara Resort amenities, including a heated resort-style pool, FlowRider® surf simulator, bar & grill, coffee bar, fitness center, outdoor fitness area, volleyball court, basketball court, soccer field, kids’ playground, teen hangout area, and poolside cabanas.
The location provides convenient access to some of Central Florida’s most popular attractions. Walt Disney World is approximately 20 minutes away, SeaWorld about 25 minutes away, and Universal Studios approximately 30 minutes away. Walmart is about 10 minutes from the property, while the Premium Outlets are approximately 20 minutes away.
Other Details:
Pool Heating: Optional pool heating is available for US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Since the equipment uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature.
Gas Grill: Optional use of the private gas grill is available for US$60 + 13.5% tax. Guests are responsible for replacing or refilling the propane. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.
Pets: Pets are welcome for a fee of US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time charge covering the entire stay and is not calculated per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb (approximately 16 kg) each.
