Loch Ken (1.5 miles) is nearby for sailing, kayaking and fishing, while Kirkcudbright (18 miles) and Castle Douglas (14 miles) provide charming day trips with galleries, shops and eateries. Opportunities for hill walking, wildlife watching and cycling trails – including the 7Stanes network – make this an excellent base for exploring southwest Scotland.
Accessed via a flight of steps from street level, the apartment opens into a bright and welcoming interior arranged across one floor. The main living space is a comfortable, open-plan sitting room with soft seating, a TV, and large triple patio doors that flood the room with light and open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. A dining area sits within this space, creating a sociable spot for meals, while the adjoining kitchen has everything you need to make self-catering easy.
