Thoughtfully redesigned modern layout. Features include:
• Fully Stocked Kitchen: Complete with essential pots, pans, plates, and utensils for home-cooked meals.
• Dedicated Workspace: A comfortable desk setup in the living room area, perfect for remote workers, digital nomads, or business travelers.
• Modern Bathroom: Features a walk-in glass alcove rain shower.
• In-Unit Laundry: Includes a convenient, energy-saving ventless combo washer/dryer (note: drying cycles take longer; a drying rack is provided).
• Sleeping Arrangements: One separate bedroom with a cozy queen bed, plus a Double XL pull-out couch in the living room.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to their entire designated unit, the secure smart-lock entrance directly from dedicated driveway with ample parking. Please note there are two small concrete steps required to enter the unit through the private entrance, with no additional stairs inside.
Other things to note
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for our residential neighbors.
• Smart Climate Control: Ecobee thermostat with wireless sensors. Easily adjust the temperature by speaking to the Alexa Dot device (preset maximums: 22°C/72°F for cooling, 24°C/75°F for heating).
• Safety & Policies: Strictly no parties or unauthorized visitors. Active exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrance areas for your safety.
