Welcome to your cozy vacation rental! Where the village once gathered, you’ll now find an oasis of relaxation with plenty of space, privacy, and a vast natural property.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room, featuring a large dining table for shared moments and a cozy sofa area.
Bathrooms & Amenities
To ensure mornings stay relaxed even when the apartment is fully occupied, the following are at your disposal:
• 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower
• A convenient washing machine in one of the bathrooms
• An additional guest restroom
The Bedrooms in Detail (Flexibly Expandable)
Our rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements that can be ideally configured:
• Bedroom 1: A comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 1.90 m).
• Bedroom 2: A clever loft bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), with a full-size single bed underneath. There’s also a cozy sofa that can sleep two people.
• Bedroom 3: A cozy children’s loft bed (single bed) that’s sure to make kids’ hearts race, as well as a double bed (1.80 x 1.90 m).
• Bedroom 4: A spacious bunk bed—a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on the bottom and a single bed on top. The bedroom is very spacious and includes a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m).
• ✨ Optional Highlight: Upon request and for an additional fee, a 5th bedroom (with a double bed) can be flexibly added to your booking. Perfect if you need a little more space!

On our expansive natural property with a spacious, sunny terrace and no neighbors, there’s something for everyone:
• A covered, glass-enclosed entrance leads from the terrace into the house—from here, you can enjoy watching nature even when it’s raining.
• Relax in the hammocks under the trees.
• Let the kids run wild on our own playground.
• A paved courtyard, ideal for badminton and other games.
• A real highlight in the spacious hallway: a ping-pong table for thrilling matches!
• 🔥 An idyllic barbecue hut: Right on the edge of the property, a cozy hut with an open fire pit and a great view awaits you. It’s perfect in any weather and can be rented flexibly for just €5 per day.

Are you traveling with friends or your extended family? On the same floor (in the front wing of the building) is a second vacation apartment that sleeps up to 9 people. Both units are cleverly laid out to ensure your privacy is fully protected. At the same time, they can be perfectly combined for a vacation together.
