Meet our Forest River Rockwood A212HW, a taller hard-wall A-frame camper that gives you the best of both worlds. It folds down small for easy towing, then pops up in minutes into a tall, roomy cabin. No canvas to fuss with, no tent to wrestle. Plenty of natural light from windows on all sides. Inside you'll find a queen bed plus a dinette that converts into a second full size bed, sleeping 4 comfortably. The kitchen is ready to cook: a 3-burner stove with oven, microwave, fridge with a small freezer, and a double sink, plus outlets throughout. A/C and furnace keep you comfortable in any weather, with a powered roof vent fan for fresh air. Outside there's a hot and cold outdoor shower and an RVQ gas grill. Two notes: there's no indoor bathroom or toilet, so most guests use campground bathhouses (we'll point you to campgrounds with great ones). There's also no gray water tank as with most popups, just a 20 gallon fresh water tank. We deliver, set up, and pick up within 40 miles of Kenosha, WI for $100. Bong, Chain O'Lakes, Kettle Moraine, and Illinois Beach are all in range. Prefer to tow it yourself? We'll provide the ball mount. You'll need a 2" receiver, 7-pin connector, and an installed brake controller (required by Wisconsin law at this weight). This is our family's camper, meticulously maintained; Non-smoking, and no pets please (family allergy, thank you for understanding). - Oven: 15" x 15.5" rack — fits a 12" frozen pizza, a 9x13 pan, or a 10" skillet. - Counter: about 8 feet total (60" sink side + 34" oven side, both ~24" deep). - Burners: 22.5" x 19" across three burners — plan on one large pan plus one small one at a time. - Sink: each basin ~10.75" x 13" — a 10" pan soaks flat.
