Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit from the Living room and Master bedroom!! With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 43" 4K Smart TV in the master and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, surround sound in the Living room, plenty of dish/glass ware, toaster, blenders, regular coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a King bed in the Master, a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a pack n play for toddlers and a blow up mattress should you need it.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. We have been coming to this area for family vacation for a couple of decades. We brought our sons and now our grandchild. This is the BEST stocked condo we have ever had! The balcony was furnished perfectly. This condo had everything we needed to cook for a family to a deck box of beach toys. The only negative was the mattresses need updated. However, not so much that it would keep us from returning. Many thanks to the owner for sharing your beautiful condo and allowing precious family memories to be made

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Phoenix Gulf Shores. The condo was conveniently located to all restaurants and activities. The condo was very clean and was just as nice as the pictures (on the website) looked. Our balcony on the 22nd floor offered an amazing view of the gulf! All needed information was communicated in a timely manner by the host, and I never had to contact them with any concerns or issues. We never had an issue finding a parking space in the parking deck. We had no issues with wait time on the elevators. Another plus was the use of shopping carts along with rolling luggage carts to get all of our things to our room. The indoor and outdoor pools were great!

We love 2202! That balcony and the furniture on it make the condo! Yes the inside is also awesome! Great facilities and location. Parking is easy and the carts readily available to help unload is very convenient! Highly recommend! It’s our 4th time renting this condo!

The master suite had human hair in the sheets and my Grandson bed had sand in his sheets, I sent a text and they were there the next morning to replace the sheets. That is my only bad review. The view was amazing. Condo was beautiful. We spent most of our time outdoors on the balcony or pool/beach. Thanks for your hospitality.
