Situated in a quiet, super friendly middle class neighborhood, it offers genuine tranquility with all of Los Angeles at your fingertips.



The home sleeps 6+ across three bedrooms: a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with an air mattress. Two additional couches are also available. All beds are dressed in premium linens.



The primary suite is the crown jewel of the home, an exceptional, spa-like sanctuary featuring gorgeous Venetian plaster, a double-headed shower, a skylight, a sitting bench, and stunning mid-century beams. You won't want to leave.



The property also includes an on-site ADU with its own separate entrance, in-unit washer and dryer, and a window AC unit -- giving your group added flexibility and convenience throughout your stay.



Step outside into your own private botanical garden. The backyard is lush with passion fruit, mango, guava, orange, lemon, fig, and peach trees surrounding the huge private pool and hot tub. Fire up the built-in BBQ for an outdoor dinner, gather around the outdoor fire feature, unwind in the hammock under the canopy of trees, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. This backyard is a true oasis.



The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances suits everything from casual breakfasts to full dinners. A dedicated den/office/recreation room adds flexible space for work, play, or family time. High-speed Wi-Fi (500 Mbps) is available throughout the home.

Guest Access:

The entire property is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, including the main house, the separate ADU that serves as the third bedroom, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living areas, den, private pool, hot tub, and yard. There are no shared spaces or other guests.



Self Check-In: Check in using the smart lock. Your unique door code will be sent 24 hours before arrival and will expire at checkout. Our local team is available 24/7 via message.



Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to three cars. Street parking is also available. Please park considerately and follow all posted parking restrictions to avoid tickets, fines, or towing.



Important Note About the Third Bedroom: The third bedroom is located in a separate accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with its own private entrance. There is no interior access between the main house and the ADU. To access the third bedroom, you must exit the main house and use the separate gate on the right side of the property.

Free on-site parking is available, with additional street parking (no permit required). Ride-share (Uber/Lyft) is readily available. The Metro G Line (Orange Line) Reseda Station is a short drive away, connecting you to North Hollywood and the Metro Red Line.
