Escape to Harmony Lakeview, a cozy three-bedroom retreat located directly across the road from Lake Harmony. This getaway combines modern furnishings within a 1940s cottage footprint, comfortable group accommodations, and entertainment for every season.

Spend your days hiking, skiing, golfing, or exploring the Poconos. Then come home to sit by the fireplace, gather around the firepit, watch movies on the big screen, and enjoy each other's company.

Best of all, restaurants, bars, and the lake are within walking distance.

THE SPACE:

Designed for families, friends, and group getaways, Harmony Lakeview offers three bedrooms of living space with multiple sleeping areas, gathering spaces, and indoor and outdoor entertainment.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Bedroom 1 (1st floor): Queen bedroom with TV.
- Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): Three Queen beds in a large bedroom that was previously 2 separate bedrooms and now combined for that cozy camp style vibe for groups and families and kids.
- Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): Two Queen size beds.
- Living Room: If you need additional space, both of the two large sofas pull-out to become additional sofa beds for lounging and sleeping.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with everything needed for group meals, including:
- Dining table seating 10, plus island seating for 3
- Cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware
- Coffee (ground)

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT:
There's plenty to do without leaving the house:
- Four flat-screen TVs with streaming capabilities.
- Fast WiFi
- Gas propane fireplace
- Board games and oversized Jenga
- Comfortable living areas for gathering and relaxing

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Make the most of the Pocono Mountains without leaving the property.
- Firepit (wood): Gather for evening conversations and marshmallows.

- Driveway parking: Space for approximately 4 vehicles.

LAKE HARMONY ACCESS:
Lake Harmony is approximately 100 steps from the property, directly across S Lake Drive.
- Public guest lake access per the designated access points (blue-sign). Nearest is Lesher Drive.
- Two adult standup paddles are provided. We recommend using them at nearby Hickory Run State Park which is public and has a more accessible public lake.
- Please note that Lake Harmony is a private lake. Swimming and water activities are limited to permitted areas, and there isn't an ideal designated swimming area nor a traditional sandy beach.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire home home, including the living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, deck, yards, hot tub, firepit, and entertainment amenities.

One hallway closet is locked and reserved for housekeeping.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
We want you to spend more time enjoying your vacation and less time shopping for essentials.

Your stay includes fresh towels, bed linens, soap, laundry detergent, and basic household supplies. For longer stays, we're happy to check in about additional essentials.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
- Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Pets are not permitted.
- Mountain Living: The property uses well water. Please practice reasonable water conservation during your stay.
- Road Safety: S Lake Drive is a two-way road without a designated sidwalk. Use caution when crossing to the lake or walking to nearby restaurants and businesses.
- Stairs & Accessibility: This is a multi-level home and is not stair-free. There are approximately 7 steps from the driveway parking area to the main door and another 14 steps inside to go from 1st floor to 2nd floor.
- Lake Access: Access is limited to designated areas and permitted activities. The lake does not have a continuous public beach or shoreline walking area.
- Property Condition: No security deposit is collected. Guests are asked to inspect the property within 6 hours of check-in and report any pre-existing damage with photographs. Guests may be financially responsible for damage occurring during their stay, subject to VRBO's applicable policies.
