The detached studio features a dedicated workspace, lounge seating and a Peloton bike, providing a separate environment for working, exercising or relaxing.

The home accommodates six guests comfortably in three bedrooms and up to eight guests with an additional air mattress. Its central location provides convenient access to Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Little Havana, Vizcaya and Key Biscayne while offering the privacy and comfort of a residential home.

Located between the main villa and detached studio, this completely private outdoor space features tropical landscaping, comfortable lounge seating and a fire pit. Enjoy morning coffee outdoors, unwind after exploring Miami or gather around the fire in the evening.

✨ Detached Studio & Peloton Space
The separate back studio provides a dedicated environment for productivity and wellness. The air-conditioned space includes lounge seating, a desk and a Peloton bike.
Use it as a private home office, reading room, creative studio or workout space without interrupting the main living areas. The studio is not offered as an additional bedroom and does not have its own bathroom.
Peloton membership is not included. Guests may access the bike using their own Peloton account or subscription.

🪪 House Rules & Policies

Please read the house rules carefully and keep them in mind throughout your stay.
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Local reservations may require additional verification.
- No parties or events are permitted.
- No smoking or vaping indoors. A $500 remediation fee applies if evidence of smoking or vaping is found.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture.
- Please take care of the home and its furnishings. Guests are responsible for any damages occurring during the reservation.
- Please set the air conditioning to 76°F whenever leaving the property.
- Please respect the established checking and checkout times.
- Packages may be received during the reservation. Regular mail is not accepted because guests will not have access to a mailbox or mailbox key.
- The property is pet friendly. Applicable pet fees must be paid before arrival.
- Before departure, please wash your dishes and place all trash in the designated outdoor containers.

💳 Security Hold
• A $1,000 security hold is required through Enso Connect.
• This is a temporary credit-card pre-authorization, not an upfront charge.
• The hold is automatically released within seven days after checkout and inspection, provided no damages or rule violations are identified.
• Any applicable deductions will be itemized and shared with the guest.

🔒 Privacy & Safety Devices
• Exterior-only security cameras are located at the property entrances. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor living areas.
• A smart decibel monitor is used solely to help maintain quiet hours. It measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.
