Colazione ottima, prodotti di qualità e grande varietà, sia sul dolce che sul salato. Una particolare menzione allo yogurt, veramente speciale. Particolare attenzione al cliente che a volte non fa neanche in tempo ad esprime un desiderio o una esigenze che già viene soddisfatto. gentilissimi tutti, dalla proprietà a tutti i collaboratori. Ospitalità senza compromessi!
Alcuni piccoli aspetti della camera del residence; ad esempio non è presente una luce esterna sul balcone o la possibilità di stendere ad asciugare piccole cose. Può essere migliorata la dotazione del bagno.

Lovely staff. very friendly and helpful. Ver nice and clean rooms and beds with beautiful view. The food was also really good, both the breakfast and diner.

Our stay at Hotel Residence Mayr in Castelrotto was simply wonderful and exceeded all our expectations.
The facilities are extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, welcoming, and spotlessly clean; the restaurant was delightful; and the convenient parking made our trip even more enjoyable.
The entire team deserves special praise for their warmth, attentiveness, and constant willingness to help. We felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. In particular, we would like to highlight the kindness, warmth, and hospitality of Astrid, the owner, who made us feel completely at home.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality products. Dinner was another highlight of our stay: every evening featured a unique menu, carefully designed and perfectly prepared by Chef Werner Mayr. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and turned each dinner into a truly special experience.
The hotel also enjoys a privileged location. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful, with unforgettable scenery, and the main tourist attractions are all easily accessible. Considering the outstanding quality of the accommodations, cuisine, and service, Hotel Residence Mayr offers excellent value for money.
We had an unforgettable experience at Hotel Residence Mayr. We have already recommended it to several couples among our friends, and we will certainly return in the future!
