About this apartment rental
Ground floor flat in gated residence with parking space. Within easy walking distance of the town centre, beach and facilities. Views of the sea, town and mountains from the terrace which faces south and overlooks a garden belonging to the apartment block. The good-sized terrace is equipped with table and chairs, loungers and awnings. Free wifi access. Living room with sofa bed, television, DVD, games, videos, music centre, dining table and chairs. Bedroom with double/twin beds, wardrobe. Bedding and towels provided. Both rooms open onto the terrace through French windows.The bathroom has a full bath and shower fitments. Separate toilet. Fitted kitchen with table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, electric hotplate.

It's all about the view and outdoor deck :) We enjoyed having meals on the deck as much as possible. The location is very good. It's a quick walk to the promenade and restaurants. We didn't mind the uphill walk for the final stretch of the journey home to counter all the good eating we experienced. When we were bringing home heavy groceries we appreciated the 38 bus. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the owners and manager were lovely to deal with. We hope to stay here again whenever we return to Nice.

We enjoyed our stay of 3 months and found the apartment very much to our liking. The view over Nice is excellent. The service provided by Evelyne was also excellent . We needed wireless internet and Chris Evelynes husband and Jean the owner of the unit, were very helpful in getting it up and running and more than helpful with language and any other problems. The apartment is very handy to everything. We did not hire a car as the bus and trains were very regular and handy.The Nice weather was at its best.The listing is just as advertised, and very clean and tidy. I could recommend it to anyone,and for only English speaking people you get by fairly easy. The Gym which is next door is very well equipped.
