This is an intreresting review, as I did not get to stay in the hotel. Although I had prepaid in full back in April (booked for August), the hotel became overbooked and I was moved to another hotel.
However, the other hotel was just 5 minutes walk away, it was very good quality and the staff contacted were helpful. They did arrange for my predelivered luggage to be transferred.
Communication about the matter was OK but could have been better. A phone call would have been useful as it was just by chance that I saw the messages entered in to the booking.com messaging portal about the transfer. These were written just after 2pm on the day of arrival.
I would have been bewildered, had I not noted to messages whilst checking on the location in the app, just one hour before arrival.

Breakfast is tea and toast in the pub down the road. we had a log cabin room, very nice. Great pool too to cool down after a long hilly walk,
No collections (despite what the sign says), get a taxi if you are out of energy. log cabin gets very warm at night

Premises were clean. We had a comfortable bed. There was a common area with a sofa, dining room table, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils. There was a pool but since we made it so late we were not able to use it but it looked clean.

The room was lovely. The beds were comfortable. Everywhere was very clean. Pool was nice.
The staff were extremely unhelpful. No staff visible throughout stay. Messaged for assistance and replies were unhelpful. No food or drink options at hotel. No WiFi. Very remote, even as part of camino.
