The restaurant dinner was excellent and the rooms large and comfortable. They picked us up in Santa Mariña and arranged for a taxi to take us back there to resume our Camino the next morning.

Place has had a lot of investment recently and it’s been well spent. Very very Camino walker friendly. Great menu for pilgrims and it’s open early in the morning for coffee.

• Warm, welcoming staff
• Room spotless, huge, quiet, and comfortable — great after a long walking day
• Pilgrim’s dinner generous and delicious
• Breakfast excellent value,
• Small bar downstairs with locals, nice friendly vibe
• Staff happy to help with directions, taxis and info
If you are on the Camino and stay here do what I did not do and follow the sign to the hotel as you leave Mirador de Monte Aro - you’ll save about 3 precious Kilometres at the end of a long day.
The town itself is a little run down, but there are lovely villages nearby and the hotel itself is great.

We were greeted well, lady in reception was great,went to bar and young lady was brilliant.
I’m so sorry to say this but there was a faint smell of urine of the bed . No coffee facilities in room and bar closed at 10 sharp.
