The hotel is located in a convenient location. There is a convenience store nearby and a good restaurant that is open around the clock. Nearby there is an exchange office with a good rate, a department store, massage parlors and cafes.
The rooms in the hotel have become worse than they were before, the paint has peeled off in many places, in general, the impression of old age in the rooms is created. The cleaning is done very poorly, the floors are not washed. I had to ask three times for the floor to be washed in the room. The linen can be dirty and torn. I was fined 500 baht for accidentally breaking a glass by the pool, I immediately warned the staff, but they cleaned so badly that the next day the man cut himself. I explained that it wasn't my fault and they had to clean up the best, but they took the money from me! The glass was lying around the pool for 3 days! When I asked to be woken up before leaving, I asked for it three times, but no one called me. The hotel does not have a normal Internet connection!!! It does not work at all by the pool, and in the rest of the hotel the connection is constantly cut off and you are forced to re-enter the password, which consists of many digits, every ten times a day, for two days there was no Internet in the lobby at all.
