Great and helpful owners and staff. Good breakfast, restaurant terrace with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Sauna and a small inside pool for guests. The room was clean but the floors could be cleaner (old carpet), comfortable beds, with TV and air conditioning. A place to store bikes.
Mamy elements that were supposed to be essential to the stay and a deciding factor in choosing this property were either unavailable or not in line with the descriptions in the offer. Wellness area and treatments – the offer listed a "wide range of treatments and rituals," yet no treatments were available on-site, which was a key reason for choosing the hotel. Access to saunas and jacuzzi – the offer claimed access to several saunas and a jacuzzi. In reality, only one dry sauna was open, and a small jacuzzi and only during limited hours (5:00 PM–8:00 PM). The steam sauna and hammam were closed. The gym was at a bad condition. The room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed during our stay (5 days) …. not nice, especially when the was no way to dry the towels in the room or the balcony.

Piękny taras widokowy połączony z restauracją to magia- widok na góry. Bardzo czysty basen, czysty, przestronny pokój, wygodne łóżka. Klimatyzacja przy temperaturze zewnętrznej 34 stopnie działa rewelacyjnie.
Ze strefy wypoczynkowej dostępny jest tylko basen i jedna sauna.

Polecamy pobyt w hotelu Umina, ze względu na bardzo wygodne i przestronne pokoje, w naszym przypadku z wydzielonym pokojem dla dzieci. Na plus również duża i wygoda łazienka. Super lokalizacja obiektu, z pięknym widokiem na jezioro Czorsztyńskie. My akurat z balkonu widzieliśmy na wprost zamek w Niedzicy. Hotel zlokalizowany bardzo blisko zamku w Czorsztynie. Blisko hotelu znajdują się także restauracje. Dużą zaletu obiektu był basen, jacuzzi oraz sauna, gdzie można było się zrelaksować po dniu spędzonym na rowerach. Śniadania bardzo smaczne chociaż monotonne. No i bardzo mili właściciele. Zawsze służyli pomocą. Obiekt z bardzo dużym potencjałem, który nie jest w pełni wykorzystany.
