Perfect location. Perfect staff. Efficient shuttle to Hahnenkahm
Toilet and bathroom are separated. It is extremely great that there is a bidet. However for some reason the bidet is in the bathroom and not in the toilet. Meaning you have to walk through a corridor and go to the bathroom to use the bidet. Probably the architect never used a bidet in his/her life. A very strange irrational placement of the object. Quite ridiculous actually. Apart from that all is great

The rooms are amazing.
The spa is completely outdated, the staff was partially really unfriendly and incompetent.
