About this apartment rental
Very bright and quiet apartment, just renovated, in a characteristic nineteenth-century building with lift and internal courtyard, on the slopes of the Janiculum. Furnished with extreme care and equipped with every comfort, also with a library available to relax with a good book at the end of the day, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a delightful balcony. The first bedroom has a large double bed and a comfortable single bed. The second bedroom has 2 large single beds. Each room has its own private bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV and free INTERNET Wi-Fi. The kitchen with every comfort has a table for 5 people and a delightful balcony overlooking a characteristic glimpse of Rome.

Within 10-15 minutes walking of restaurants and shops. Easy to find out way back. Instructions were clear regarding the vrbo. Clean, beds were comfortable. Water pressure good for showers. Would have liked a sitting den type space but used the kitchen instead. Roberta was a very good host although we didn't meet her in person.

Great, quiet neighborhood in Trastevere - close to cafes, bars & restaurants. Easy access to Rome sites. Easy check in process. Roberta was great!

We stayed in 4 properties on this vacation, and of the 4 this one lacked the most. The host wanted to wait until we got to town to give us check-in instructions, I am glad my phone worked otherwise we had no idea on how to check in. During the stay, one of the toilets would only flush one time and then it was done for a day or so. She said it would get fixed and it never did. We booked a 2 bathroom so we were disappointed it didn't work. My wife runs 2 properties as well and we would have done whatever it took to get a toilet fixed asap. It was a weekday, so the weekend excuse was not even in play. It wasn't horrible, we just would not stay here again.
